Andrew is a senior executive with 28 years real estate experience.
He’s a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales and a qualified Barrister and for almost 10 years he served as a director of a number of real estate vehicles engaged in investment, regeneration and development. In his previous role with Sanne Group he was the director for more than six years.
James is Finance Director with more than 20 years’ experience of advising colleagues and clients. He is a chartered accountant who delivers and maintains a robust internal control framework that supports the delivery of Place Partnership’s Business Plan, whilst maintaining strong stewardship of the business.
James has experience of working at three FTSE100 companies and has a track record of challenging and improving existing processes and systems. He also has in-depth analytical and strategic ability to facilitate operational and financial planning.
Ian has worked in the construction sector for 20 years, most of which managing and delivering a diverse range of projects.
Ian has worked in both the private and public sectors specialising in contract management, procurement and business processes. Prior to joining Place Partnership in 2015 Ian was Head of Asset Management for Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service.
Mel has worked in a number of senior HR positions. As part of her most recent HR Service Manager role with Hoople, Mel worked as the Senior Consultant helping to set up Place Partnership and shaping the organisation’s programme of transformation.
Mel holds a Master of Arts (MA) in the Management of Human Resources.
Caroline is an experienced chartered surveyor with more than 25 years’ experience in all property sectors over a wide geographical area.
Prior to joining Place Partnership she worked in a number of senior positions, including as Associate Director with Savills PLC.
Caroline’s analytical approach, coupled with her experience, ensures clients benefit from her sound understanding of commercial drivers in all market conditions.
David Squires-Clark is a chartered surveyor who has worked in a number of senior positions, including as Associate Director with Cushman & Wakefield.
David joined Place Partnership in 2016 and oversees the management of the clients’ portfolio to ensure everything is managed correctly and efficiently. He has significant estate management experience across commercial, industrial, retail/leisure and residential property assets.
Lee has over 20 years industry experience with a strong focus on positive change outcomes and delivery.
Before joining Place Partnership, Lee worked in a senior role with Interserve FM and led key workstreams on several large blue chip contracts in the strategic planning, mobilisation, management and operational delivery of single, bundled and TFM outsourced services.
Paul is an experienced chartered quantity surveyor who has almost 30 years’ experience working in the property industry, predominantly in the public sector. He was appointed as an Associate Director for Place Partnership in August 2015. Paul has significant experience of successfully completing a wide range of projects in construction and facilities management.
Penny is an experienced project manager who has delivered high profile strategic projects with multiple interests and stakeholders.
Prior to joining Place Partnership in 2015 Penny was Group Leader Asset Management & Estates for Worcestershire County Council. She therefore has significant experience of managing projects in the public sector and has driven forward innovation and change to ensure the best outcome on projects.
